微軟本週提前發出警示，預告在明年 10 月 14 日將有 9 大產品即將淘汰，不再提供安全更新與 Bug 修復，Windows 10 以及 Office 都包含在其中。

與普遍民眾最有關的莫非於 Windows 10 作業系統，包含企業、教育、家庭、專業、IoT 版本在內，都將在 10 月 14 日全數淘汰，微軟建議升級至 Windows 11 作業系統。
另外，買斷制度的 Office 2016 與 2019 版本也將同步淘汰，官方建議可以轉移至 Microsoft 365 的訂閱服務。

－Skype for Business Server 2015 and 2019
－Visio 2016 and 2019
－Project 2016 and 2019
－Visual Studio 2015
－Visual Studio Team Foundation Server
